Hi! I'm Alyssa - Behavior Analyst, Parent Coach & Mom. My passion is empowering parents to gain confidence with practical strategies that support their neurodivergent child's development & positively impact their whole family. I combine the science of applied behavior analysis with creativity and collaboration to meet each family's unique needs.

I loved being a therapist in clinic, home, community, and telehealth settings for children and adults. It's a creative challenge because everyone has unique strengths and unique needs. I especially enjoyed walking alongside parents during challenges and celebrating with parents after their child achieved a new skill!
After nearly a decade in the field of ABA therapy, I realized there were so many barriers that slowed down a child's progress. Long waitlist for an evaluation, long waitlist to start services, lengthy assessments that weren't relevant to the family's immediate needs, staff turnover which meant more changes for your child, and ultimately parents were left waiting and waiting for the solutions they needed in the here and now.
This is the driving force behind becoming a Parent Coach. I knew there had to be a better way to support families. My goal is to cut out your wait time and brainstorm strategies that will positively impact your family today. I do this by providing a safe space to listen, ask questions, and collaborate together.
You are the expert in your child. I am your partner, cheerleader, and ally!
