Virtual Parent Coaching

This is for the parent of a neurodivergent child who wants to add simple tools and strategies to their parenting toolbox, support their child's development, and make a positive change to their family dynamic. We can meet 1:1 or include your child in the session if beneficial. Your child could be as young as a toddler or well into their adulthood.

• Your child seems to be in their “own world” and you aren’t sure how to connect with them? I will provide you with strategies to join their world and create shared enjoyment.

• Your child requires several reminders to complete daily tasks? I will provide you with strategies to improve their initiation and completion of these tasks.

• Your child has difficulty with transitions? I will provide you with strategies to prep them for transitions & support them during transitions while maintaining a positive connection.

• Your child has difficulty making friends or connecting with others? I will provide you with tools so they can connect with others through shared interests while remaining their authentic self.

• You find you and your child both losing your cool more often than you’d like? I will provide you with strategies to improve emotional regulation & foster meaningful connections throughout your days.

• You have multiple children and it seems like the sibling squabbles never end? I will provide you with tips and strategies to help foster a positive relationship.

• Your child feels lonely and wants a friend? I will provide you with tools to connect with others through shared interests while remaining their authentic self.

• Your adult child has challenges keeping up with their daily responsibilities? I will help them create their own supports to help them feel on top of things.

• Your adult child wants to be employed and gain financial independence, but you aren't sure how to help them get there? I will help you create a roadmap of small, achievable steps that lead towards your goal.

• You as the parent feel drained from supporting your child's regulation and you constantly feel dysregulated yourself? I will guide you to intertwine emotional regulation strategies proactively throughout your day to help you feel more balanced.
