Free shipping - Shipping is free for all orders. Some exclusions may apply on special orders and over-sized items. Product listings will include a notification if it does not qualify for free shipping.

Fast processing - Our goal is to ship your product the same business day if placed before 12 p.m. Most orders placed after 12 p.m. will ship the next business day.

Reliable shipping - We only use well-known shippers, such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS, to deliver your items. Our goal is 100% shipping accuracy.

Damaged Products or Mistakes with Your Order - If you receive a product that was damaged or have an item missing from your order, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt (please contact us at alyssa@allyabaconsulting.com). We appreciate your business and will try our best to resolve your order quickly!

International Shipping Policy - We currently only ship within the United States.

Customer Satisfaction - We want to resolve any issues with your order as quickly as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know (alyssa@allyabaconsulting) and we will try whatever we can to make it right!

Return policy - Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery (some exclusions apply, especially bespoke or hand-made items). To receive a refund, the item must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Some bulky or over-sized items will require a 40% restocking fee.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of oral motor/chewable products unless they are in packaging that has not been opened.

Product Warranty
Our products are intended to be used with qualified adult supervision and common sense. Manufacturers' safety recommendations need to be followed as indicated. Developmental age of individuals should be used for safety recommendations.
